BJP’s Haryana Govt Admits Before HC – NO WRONGDOING in Robert Vadra-DLF Land Deal: BJP & Kejiriwal Face Backlash for Misleading The Nation

The BJP-led Haryana state government has recently informed the Punjab and Haryana High Court that no violation was found in the transfer of land by Robert Vadra’s Skylight Hospitality to the DLF. The transfer of 3.5 acres of land was reported by the tehsildar of Manesar, Gurugram, and it was confirmed that no regulations or rules were violated during the transaction. The land in question was also found to be still in the name of HSVP/HSIIDC, Haryana, and not in the name of M/s DLF Universal Limited.

This information was presented in an affidavit submitted by the government in connection with an ongoing public interest litigation to monitor the progress of cases against sitting and former MPs and MLAs. The affidavit also mentioned the constitution of a new special investigation team (SIT) to further investigate the matter.

It is worth noting that this land deal was a major poll issue during the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, with the BJP alleging corruption and nepotism. However, with the recent confirmation that no violation was found in the transfer of land, it is important to acknowledge that justice has been served and the allegations were unfounded. Both the BJP and Arvind Kejriwal’s AAP made a big issue out of the Vadra land deal, alleging corruption and nepotism. The Congress had to pay the price for this politically, as the allegations were one of the major factor in their defeat.

In conclusion, the recent developments in the case regarding the transfer of land by Skylight Hospitality to DLF confirm that no violations or irregularities were committed during the transaction. However, with the recent confirmation that no violations or irregularities were committed during the land deal, it is only fair to question whether the BJP and Kejriwal will apologize to the people of India for making baseless and false allegations.
