COVID-19 infected should go for Vaccination, 3 month after recovery: Health Minister

The Union Health Minister on Wednesday issued a recommendation for all COVID-19 infected people to take their Vaccine dose after fully recovering from the virus.

In case of individuals who have received their first dose and got COVID-19 infection before completion of the dosing schedule, the second dose should be deferred by three months after recovering from illness.

Also, people with serious general illness who were hospitalized or ICU should wait 4 to 8 weeks before getting the vaccine, Ministry said.
