Puri Jagannath Temple to remain close for devotees till June 15

Keeping in mind to control the increasing cases of COVID-19 infection in the second wave, Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA) administration decided to close Srimandir for public darshan till June 15.

All the daily rituals will continue with the help of Sevayats and Temple officials. However, this year Chandana Jatra was also held without the participation of devotees.

SJTA administration said several precautions have been taken for the management of COVID-19 infection among Sevaks and officials.
